Leading Authentically offers a series of workshops to foster safer spaces in the Afro-Latin dance community.  Through our signature experiential, movement-based workshop, we equip participants with skills of consent, healthy communication, effective feedback, and meaningful connection to become better dancers.  We also offer training for instructors and organizers on how to more effectively support their dance community, including responding to disclosures and developing a culture of consent.
